Market Definition
Aviation interference cancellation refers to the process where an adaptive filter is used to suppress an unknown interference contained (alongside an information-bearing signal of interest) in a primary signal that serves as the desired response. An aviation interference canceller uses a sample of the interfering signal to generate a real-time anti-interference signal that is the exact opposite of the interfering signal as it appears at the receiving antenna. The interference canceller combines the interference and anti-interference signals, canceling each other out. The result is that the interference is subtracted from the receive path, leaving only the interference-free desired signal. With the growth in advancements in fighter aircraft avionics and the emergence of electronic warfare techniques, the demand for interference cancelation is soaring considerably across the globe.

In addition, the long-term recurring maintenance contracts between aircraft manufacturers & the government of several countries have mandated the deployment of interference cancellation. In aviation, interference cancellation systems play a crucial role in eliminating the distortion flared up by in-cabin component vibrations, the continuous exchange of radio signal waves, as well as the intercepting & diverting of vital aircraft information. Furthermore, the intensifying geopolitical tensions between countries or regions, including China & India, the UAE & neighboring countries, Syria & the Middle East, Ukraine & Russia, among others across the globe, have impacted the need for new military aircraft, including jets, helicopters, etc., which has led to the deployment of technology to cancel aircraft interference. Consequently, this has led to increased manufacturing of military aircraft for safeguarding the geographies of the respective countries
