Fees: All fees should be paid as per the terms of payment mentioned in the particular order (Fees). Markntel Advisors LLP has the option to cancel access to the product in case the full payment has not been received by Markntel Advisors LLP within the specified time.

Taxes: All fees that you shall pay to Markntel Advisors LLP are exclusive of all goods and services, sales, use, or other taxes, customs, duties, and similar levies. All the aforementioned payment payable in or to any jurisdiction or authority whatsoever shall be your sole responsibility. This payment will exclude taxes levied on the income of Markntel Advisors LLP


All our market reports are sent via email as PDF/ PowerPoint/ Excel documents as per the license terms.  Usually, all electronic reports are dispatched within 24-72 hours (2-3 business days). In case the hardcopy (upon client request) of the report needs to be delivered, it may take 5-7 business days due to specific geographical locations or may get delayed due to local carriers and other such associated formalities.

Refund Policy

In lieu of the nature of information being sold, we simply do not accept any returns nor refunds once they have been dispatched. Also, refund would not be issued in case of 

  •         Non-use or partial use of any Product(s)
  •         Refunds for unused months in case of Annual Subscription
